Price Transparency
Clear, honest pricing
We believe in transparent pricing. Below is a guide to our costs across our main service areas. All prices exclude VAT unless stated. We will always confirm costs specific to your matter at the outset.
Conveyancing (residential)
Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP do not pay referral fees or charge hidden extras.
We provide a dedicated fee earner to every property client. On a standard conveyancing transaction our costs will typically be in the region of £1,200 to £1,900 plus VAT and disbursements.
Our charges are based on the time spent on the matter but, as we specialise in residential property work, we are normally able to provide a fixed estimate.
Contact us today to instruct and we will provide you with a fixed estimate tailored to your particular transaction, safe in the knowledge we do not pay referral fees and are an independent leading firm committed to providing a first-class service.
The cost of disbursements is always estimated as third parties such as search providers and HM Land Registry do from time to time increase their fees. We will always endeavour to provide the client with clear information as to the cost of disbursements, but there might be instances where those costs increase, which is outside our control.
Probate (uncontested)
Depending on how involved you wish our private client department to be in the administration of the estate, we typically charge between £1,000 – £1,750 plus VAT and disbursements for an application for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration only. If you wish Paul Robinson Solicitors LLP to deal with the whole of the estate administration then we will be able to provide you with a competitive quote once we have the facts of your case.
